1. Scope and operator
These terms apply to the PriceValue Bitcoin Calculator web, installed web app and Android app at https://pricevalue.ai/. The service is primarily intended for users in the Republic of Korea and is operated under Korean law, without limiting mandatory rights that apply to a user. Operator display: PriceValue Operator. Contact: help@pricevalue.ai · 010-8782-1004. The service is intended for users aged 14 or older.
2. Reference tool only
PriceValue is an independent free reference tool that performs arithmetic using public prices and user inputs; portfolios, alerts, widgets and exchange comparisons are supporting reference features. It provides no account registration, paid service, paid third-party advertising or sponsorship, affiliate/referral reward, or e-commerce. The only operator-displayed external links are a Boomerang related-service information banner (https://boomerang.shop) and a direct LBank official-download link without a referral code (https://www.lbank.com/download). Opening either link is optional; calculation values, portfolios and memos are not appended to the URL, and no LBank trading, sign-up or deposit link is provided. It is not a token issuer, exchange, financial institution, broker, adviser, discretionary manager, custody or order-execution service and provides no virtual-asset trading, exchange, transfer or custody, exchange-account linking, automated orders or trading, buy/sell signals or solicitations, personalized investment recommendations, or profit/execution-price guarantees. Legal characterization depends on the functions and operations actually provided, not on a name or disclaimer; this wording does not authorize or exempt regulated conduct.
3. Data and calculation limits
Quotes are point-in-time values from the displayed source or a connected public API, in the selected display currency. Public price events from Binance update the built-in coins, and public LBank price events update KSTA as they arrive. Event timing varies with exchange activity, network and browser conditions, so no fixed-second update interval or execution price is guaranteed. If a live stream is unavailable or a quote is no longer valid, the general-coin API fallback checks Binance USDT, LBank USDT, then CoinGecko USD. KSTA falls back to the LBank trade page and REST API; a last good KSTA quote may be used for up to 120 seconds and identified as saved data. Adding a user coin requires a valid Binance USDT quote; later API checks use Binance, LBank, then the exact CoinGecko ID. Custom-coin quote responses may be cached for up to 30 seconds. If a live FX lookup fails, the last verified rate may be used for up to 24 hours; without a valid saved rate, calculations requiring FX may be limited. Prices, FX, premiums, comparisons, charts and calculations may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete or unavailable because of providers, caching, networks, timing, rounding, liquidity or order books. Unless expressly shown, results exclude trading fees, tax, slippage and order-book depth, and some comparisons may treat USDT as USD. Finding a user coin does not guarantee a live quote or every feature. Missing prices are not fabricated.
4. Alerts and providers
Alerts and widgets are not real-time monitoring or trading signals and may be delayed, duplicated or omitted by operating systems, networks or providers. The service may use Cloudflare, Google Firebase/App Check, notification services and public market-data providers including CoinGecko, CoinCap, CoinPaprika, CryptoCompare, Binance, Coinbase, LBank, Upbit, Bybit and OKX. Exchange and coin names identify data sources or calculation subjects. Unless expressly stated, names or logos do not indicate endorsement, sponsorship or official affiliation. Logos, APIs, external content and images may be used only after checking each owner’s trademark, copyright and API terms, including commercial use, attribution, caching, storage, redistribution, rate limits and logo rules. Public availability or attribution alone does not grant permission. Provider terms and availability can limit features.
5. Acceptable use and changes
Do not misuse another person's data, disrupt or bypass service security, send excessive automated traffic, commit fraud or phishing, misrepresent results as guaranteed returns, or violate provider terms and third-party rights. Maintenance, security, law, provider changes or force majeure can change or suspend the service. Important foreseeable changes will be announced; urgent security or outage measures can be explained afterward. Before adding accounts, server-side personal-data storage, ads or sponsorships, affiliate rewards, paid features, exchange connections, buy/sell signals or automated trading, the operator will re-review privacy, e-commerce, advertising, terms, financial/virtual-asset regulation and notices against the actual implementation.
6. Liability limits
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or data, or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage caused by user inputs, settings or decisions; delayed, inaccurate or missing data, calculations or alerts; or third-party, network or device failures. This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or bodily injury, mandatory consumer rights, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Changes and disputes
These terms and the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory law and jurisdiction rules applicable to the user prevail. Ordinary changes are normally announced seven days before effect; materially adverse or important changes are normally announced 30 days before effect. Renewed consent will be requested where legally required. Continued use alone is not treated as consent where the law requires affirmative consent.

Binance price events for the built-in coins and LBank price events for KSTA flow into the calculator as they arrive. The compact status line shows price status, exchange name and FX status, without elapsed age or a collection timestamp. Expanded price and FX source details show each coin's exchange name and status, connection state, and the time PriceValue received the quote. The details do not show the connection protocol name. A PriceValue receive time is not an exchange execution time. If a live connection is unavailable or a quote is no longer valid, API backup requests target roughly 7-second intervals. This is a request target, not a promise that new quotes will arrive every 7 seconds.
Hypothetical scenario calculations
A/B/C scenario results are reference calculations based on the buy price, quantity, and comparison price entered by the user. They do not represent live prices, executed trades, profit, or future prices, and are not investment advice or a recommendation to trade. Trading fees, taxes, slippage, and other trading conditions are not included.

Anyone with the link can read the shared title and content. Only share material you may publish; do not include another person’s private information or unlawful content. Device clocks and connectivity affect the countdown. The operator may remove a link upon request or clean up expired data. Availability is not guaranteed; rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected. Anyone with the link can view the image. Check visible faces, locations and contact details, and confirm permission to use third-party images. Deletion cannot undo previous viewing.

FX figures are reference values, not transaction or intraday executable rates. Providers have different methods, dates and refresh schedules. Eximbank responses do not establish a publication time; the requested date is not a publication timestamp. A difference in the comparison does not prove that either source is more accurate or timely. Check actual exchange terms before trading.

Deleting a countdown makes its link and image unavailable and cannot be undone. The deletion credential is not part of the shared link. Someone with access to the creating device and its stored credential may delete after the original target time. Older links require operator assistance.
2026-09-30 · Calendar event
Downloading the file does not automatically enable phone notifications. Calendar behavior depends on your app, device, permissions and time zone. Manage or delete imported events in the calendar app.
